Walking onto Silver Nova felt like stepping onto a ship that had studied every Silversea vessel before it and then deliberately moved forward. The first thing I noticed was the openness. The ship's size lets her access ports that larger vessels cannot, and the outdoor dining spaces come into their own in warm weather. The S.A.L.T. Kitchen concept also makes more sense when the ports are producing the ingredients on your plate.
